Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Steele Goods! Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Production Time All orders are subject to a production time of 2–5 business days before shipment. This applies to all products across all markets.

US Domestic Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, automatically applied at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.

Canada Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders, automatically applied at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after shipment, including customs clearance. Customs processing times are outside our control and may extend delivery beyond the estimated window.

Multiple Shipments Our products are fulfilled by multiple suppliers and production partners. Orders containing items from different product lines may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners. Carriers may include USPS, DHL Express, or similar services depending on your location and order contents.

Delays Shipping estimates may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
